Terms and Conditions

We operate under the RHA (Road Haulage Association) "Conditions of Carriage".
These will be provided upon request & will be adhered to strictly.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any queries in respect of an invoice/payment must be made in writing no later than 7 days from date of invoice, otherwise the invoice will be deemed as acceptable and payable in full.
DML Logistics will accept payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer (bank details on request).

Please note: For one off orders, these will be payable at time of confirmation/collection/delivery. This is non negotiable.

ALL CHEQUES SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO "DML LOGISTICS" and sent to: Owls View, Shipton Road, Milton-under-Wychwood, OX7 6JT.

We understand & will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
